FAQ

Step 1: Click on "Create an Account" button on the landing page.

Step 2: Select service type and Enter your Account Number/ Meter Number and Click Next.

Step 3: In the registration form, fill in ALL the fields.

Step 4: Click register.



***Note: you can change the details that have been automatically populated in some of the fields in the registration form if they are not correct.

Step 1: Click on “Create an Account” button on the landing page.

Step 2: Select service type and Enter the account/meter number of one of the accounts intended for the group and Click submit(Note: this account automatically becomes the primary account of the group).

Step 3: Click download template.

Step 4: Enter the remaining meter/account numbers intended for the group and save the file in your PC/device.

Step 5: Go back to the application and click ‘add bulk accounts’, you will get a ‘success’ notification..

Step 6: Then click register..

Once logged in as single account, On the dashboard page click “create group account” button located on the top right side

Enter account/ meter number and click enter

Fill the form with relevant details and click add.

Repeat steps above for all the accounts you wish to add in a group.

Click on “Service request menu” on the left pane of the dashboard

Choose your request category.

Enter your service request message in the message box and click “submit”. Your message will go directly to the customer care team, and you will receive a notification on the application immediately the customer care responds.

Click on the “profile menu” on the left pane of the dashboard

In the profile menu, enter the changes you wish to make

Click the save button.


Please note that admin will need to confirm your entries before it will become applicable to your profile.

Click on Billing History menu on the left pane once logged-in

In billing history page, you can use the calendar date field to select a custom period and click the red “search’ button to view your bill history for the selected period.


**Please note that the billing history option is only available for postpaid customers!

Click “Payment menu” on the left pane of the dashboard

You will be presented with a page with title “vend history” if you’re on prepaid customer or Payment history if you’re on postpaid, use the calendar date field to select a custom period and click the red “search” button to view your vend or payment history for the selected period on the table below.

Click “Consumption menu” on the left pane of the dashboard

On the consumption history page, use the calendar date field to select a custom period and click the red “search” button to view your consumption history for the selected period on the table below.

Click “Billing History menu” on the left pane of the dashboard

On billing history page, use the calendar date field to select a custom period and click the red “search” button to view your availability history for the selected period on the table below.
